Some pics of the recent past

So before Fanua decided to give birth, we came to the conclusion that a family vacation was in order. This trip to Washington D.C. was our last hurrah before the "invasion".

We were able to check out pretty much everything we wanted because we were there for a full week during Fanua's spring break.

Here are some pics of said trip.

Fanua sizing up her wedding ring.

We were able to visit Dave West.
Fanua says "Let me in to my mansion!!!"

The tomb of the unknowns was unbelievable.

We were able to visit Ferg minus Charlie and Natalie.

Anyone know about the Cherry Blossom Festival?

After going through these pictures, I guess we didn't really get any pictures of visiting Zach and Kristy, or Dave but we did get a lot of pictures of the standard tourist spots that I won't post since you've seen them in movies/brochures for the army/textbooks/political campaign adds.

Shout out and props to Dave for being a gracious host and tour guide in catering to our high standards in vacation food. Same goes to Ferg on his educational cuisine including scientific methods for cutting pears. That was a long night of catching up too. Props to Fanua for making it through 1st to 7th grade memories before passing out.

Next vacation, 18 years.

I'm so jealous. I would love to go to Washington D.C. I also read on your background Sefa that you went to NY..I've been wanting to go there forever. And I really want to see ground zero. Not fair. Maybe someday.

Glad to see that I made it onto your blog (even though it says Natalie, this is Adam.) That really was a good night of catching up, I'm glad you all made it up to Maryland. My only complaint with your post is the picture of me. Surely, out of all the pictures that were taken, there was one where I didn't look so disabled. Or maybe not, I guess it wouldn't be the first time. You guys definitely need to come out here soon so Charlie can meet/bully Naki.
